Job Description
Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Abington MA
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
Our Client who we have a direct relationship with the hiring manager is immediately hiring a Construction Estimator to join their team in the greater Boston MA area.
Daytoday:
- The Construction Estimator estimates costs for commercial construction projects across all market sectors including conceptual budgets and hard bid proposals.
- You will review and analyze bid documents and identify risks logistics sequencing and time constraints.
- Develop bid strategies and perform detailed trade/vendor takeoffs.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work estimates and proposals and ensure bid compliance.
- Communicate with trades vendors design teams and clients throughout the preconstruction phase.
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering or related field
- 2 years of construction estimating experience
- Retail experience preferred
