Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and highquality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and update medical records
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Experience
- Proficient in various nursing skills including IV insertion catheterization and inhalation therapy
- Experience in critical care ER or other acute care settings
- Ability to perform sonography spinal taps and dermal filler injections is a plus
- Strong knowledge of infant care is preferred
- Familiarity with CT scans is advantageous
Qualifications
- Must have 23 years as RN in home hospice environment
- Must have valid New Jersey drivers license
- BLS required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
