DESCRIPTION :
The client is requires the services of Developer/Programmer Analyst hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered works made for hire and are the property of the Client and may include preselection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. The Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
We are seeking a Java Database Developer Level III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining databasedriven Java applications ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. This role involves collaboration across teams with a focus on delivering scalable highperformance solutions.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Handson Strong experience in Java development including extensive experience with J2EE Servlet and related technologies. Required 8 years
- Handson Strong development experience in implementing applications utilizing any J2EE Application Server Java security authentication and authorization of servicce and user accounts Required 8 years
- Handson Proficient in using Servlets Spring and Spring Batch for web application development. Required 8 years
- Experience in ad hoc data analysis and reporting. Required 8 years
- Handson Strong experience in building and consuming Web Services (SOAP/REST). Required 4 years
- Handson experience with CI/CD GitLab Maven & Jenkins. Required 4 years
- Handson Experience in Full Stack Development and working with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and JSF and Prime Faces 7.0. Required 4 years
- Handson Experience in design and development of XSD and schematron data validation rules Required 4 years
- Handson Experience in at least one application server configurations (WildFly Tomcat or WebLogic) Required 4 years
- Expert level understanding of Mongo DB and Postgres databases including writing complex queries stored procedures aggregate operations and performance tuning. Required 4 years
- Experience in designing & optimizing database queries and procedures in Postgres and Mongo DB Required 4 years
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Preferred 8 Years
- Ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment Preferred 8 Years
- Familiarity with Azure App Services & Cloud Services. Preferred 2 Years
- Familiarity with healthcare or State Department applications is a plus. Preferred 2 Years
