Job Title: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant (R2P/S2P) with Pharma Experience
Location: India Remote
Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with expertise in R2P (Requisition to Pay) and S2P (Source to Pay) processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP Ariba solutions focused on procurement supplier management sourcing and supplier collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of procurement workflows and an indepth understanding of how to leverage SAP Aribas capabilities to drive efficiency in the SourcetoPay (S2P) and RequisitiontoPay (R2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Ariba Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the endtoend implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba solutions for S2P and R2P processes.
- Configure SAP Ariba modules such as Procurement Supplier Management Sourcing and Contract Management to meet business requirements.
- Customize workflows approval hierarchies catalogs requisition management purchase orders invoices and payment processes in SAP Ariba.
- Collaborate with business teams to define design and optimize business processes using SAP Aribas S2P and R2P capabilities.
S2P/R2P Process Design & Optimization:
- Lead workshops and discussions with business users to understand their needs and configure SAP Ariba solutions to streamline S2P and R2P processes.
- Design and implement best practices for supplier collaboration procurement requests purchase requisitions sourcing purchasing invoice management and payment processing.
- Work on automating procurement workflows to ensure seamless document creation order approvals purchase order issuance invoice matching and supplier payments.
