Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to remediate SOC and other regulatory issues document remediation plans and ensure they meet riskbased timing requirements.
Maintain progress tracking through findings and SOC program tools provide updates and escalate unaddressed security issues to leadership.
Drive enhancements in security and technical processes by leveraging industry best practices.
Develop timelines and manage stakeholder expectations for internal and external compliance requirements.
Engage with project teams ensuring security requirements are integrated into deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships across technology and business units.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of program management experience in security or IT compliance.
Familiarity with regulatory and internal control frameworks such as PCI DSS HIPAA NIST ISO etc.
Experience with security audits like PCI SOX SOC I is a bonus.
Data Management: Strong analytical metrics and reporting abilities.
Project Tracking: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Communication: Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
Technical Knowledge: Highlevel understanding of topics like networking cloud security cryptography and secure software.
A CISSP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
