Job Description
This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborative Development:
- Engage in peer programming sessions using screen sharing to jointly develop features and review code.
- Participate in remote sessions for realtime feedback and immediate implementation without delays from commits or code reviews.

- App Development:
- Convert Figma designs into pixelperfect Flutter app screens.
- Implement smooth and effective animations within the app.
- Utilize our tech stack including OneSignal for push notifications and Branch for analytics.
- Deploy applications using Codemagic.

- Quality Assurance:
- Test and troubleshoot applications on both iOS and Android devices.
- Provide screenshots and videos of completed tasks for validation when not working in joint sessions.

- Write clean and maintainable code adhering to DRY (Dont Repeat Yourself) principles and best practices.
- Thoughtfully choose names for variables functions and files to ensure code clarity and maintainability.

- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively within a small startup team offering valuable ideas from personal experience.
- Communicate effectively articulating thoughts ideas and technical decisions clearly

Requirements
- Experience:
- Developed and deployed at least 5 apps to the app store.
- Familiarity with the latest Flutter packages and best practices.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Flutter and converting Figma designs into functional code.
- Experience with animations in Flutter.
- Familiarity with Codemagic OneSignal and Branch.
- Access to both iOS and Android devices for testing.

- Comfortable with peer programming and remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical decisions and collaborating with the team.
- Must have a reliable video conferencing setup with clear audio and video quality.

- Availability:
- Strong preference for candidates who can meet in Manila Makati for inperson collaboration.
- If not based in Manila must be available to work between 5am12pm Philippine Time with at least a 3hour overlap for meetings and collaboration.
