Job Description
Qualifications:
- MBA with technical expertise (preferred)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in the education sector
- Proficiency in designing managing and delivering training programs for educators and staff
- Strong understanding of educational trends technologies and teacher development needs
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills to manage training initiatives
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and curriculum will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills and performance of school staff and teachers
- Identify training needs and develop modules focused on professional development and curriculum enhancement
- Collaborate with school leadership to align training objectives with institutional goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate relevant tools into training sessions
- Build a positive and motivating learning culture within the organization
Salary Range:per month
