This role is ideal for candidates with 3 6 years of toptier law firm private equity M&A deal experience demonstrating expertise in running intricate transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Help run largescale private M&A deals
- Conducting Public and Private Equity transactions
- Representing sponsors portfolio companies and other private clients
- Joint Ventures
- Drafting ancillary agreements
- Direct client communication
Qualifications and Skills
The firm seeks an individual admitted to the NY Bar with exceptional academic credentials including experience within a toptier law firm.
