Job Description

Our Client is in need of a Paralegal with 3 years of experience to support the Construction business unit in their San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills highlevel attention to detail superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multitask in a fastpaced environment. Prior construction litigation experience preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.

Responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
  • Collecting organizing and reviewing records
  • Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
  • Managing commercial and/or construction litigation files from intake to settlement

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
