Job Title: Chief Financial and Technology Officer (CFTO)

Role Overview:
Our client a leading mattress manufacturer and logistics company seeks a Chief Financial and Technology Officer (CFTO) to drive financial performance and operational efficiency through strategic use of Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics. This role will ensure actionable insights for stakeholders and support longterm strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Oversee financial planning budgeting and reporting. Provide insightful analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Cost Optimization: Identify and implement costsaving initiatives to enhance profitability.
Business Intelligence (BI): Leverage BI tools to analyze operational and financial data creating datadriven strategies.
Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement robust risk management practices.
Technology Integration: Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the finance and IT teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Master s or Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Technology or a related field.
Experience: 5 10 years in a senior managerial role combining finance and technology leadership.
Skills:
o Proficiency in financial reporting BI tools and data analytics.
o Strong strategic thinking and decisionmaking capabilities.
o Excellent communication skills to engage nonfinancial stakeholders.
o Proven track record in cost management and operational efficiency improvements.
