Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking products. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and userfriendly. What you ll do:
Lead Design Initiatives: Drive the UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation for our hardware and software products.
Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
User Research: Conduct user research interviews and surveys to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
Create Design Assets: Develop wireframes prototypes storyboards user flows and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design Systems: Establish and maintain design guidelines best practices and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Mentorship: Mentor junior designers providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay Current: Keep uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies and integrate them into our products.
Requirements
What we think you will need to succeed:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional UI/UX design experience preferably in consumer hardware or IoT products.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite InVision etc.
Research Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
FrontEnd Knowledge: Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Motion Design: Experience with motion graphics and microinteractions.
Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Embedded Linux development, with a strong background in AOSP, Linux, and FreeRTOS. Proficient in programming languages, particularly C and Python. In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel architecture, device drivers, and user space programming. Experience with embedded development tools and frameworks (e.g., Yocto Project, Buildroot). Proven track record in the consumer electronics sector, with knowledge of compliance standards and successful product launches. A problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills, capable of leading projects from concept to market launch. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
