- Lead the endtoend implementation of projects including planning execution monitoring and closing.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members monitoring progress and performance.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate crossfunctional team collaboration to resolve project challenges and deliver on expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and foster a productive working environment.
- Conduct project postmortem analysis and prepare lessons learned documentation for future improvements.
- Work with the product and business teams to prioritise enhancements based on customer feedback market trends and business impact.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 9-12 years of experience in call centre management, automation or a similar role. Proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including TCPA and DNC rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
