- Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of project tasks and activities.
- Lead specific project workstreams or subteams to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress identify potential risks or roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed according to schedule.
- Communicate project progress and updates to internal stakeholders and assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings.
- Manage project timelines track milestones and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
- Assist with resource allocation ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to execute tasks.
- Conduct regular project reviews and work closely with other leads to ensure coordination across project components.
- Work with the product and business teams to prioritise enhancements based on customer feedback market trends and business impact.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 9-12 years of experience in call centre management, automation or a similar role. Proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including TCPA and DNC rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
