Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify analyse and document business requirements for the implementation of projects.
  • Work with the technical teams to configure the platform for onboarding new clients.. This may include data migration and configurations for new/existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Lead to ensure requirements are fully understood and align with the project scope.
  • Assist in creating test cases and validation criteria to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and Go live.
  • Prepare and maintain business documentation and user manuals as required.
  • Support to the client initially post go live.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL).
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with project management and process mapping.


Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 9-12 years of experience in call centre management, automation or a similar role. Proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including TCPA and DNC rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
