Job Description
As a Floor Plan Drafter you will be at the forefront of creating accurate and professional floor plan drawings using a combination of advanced tools and software. Working closely with the Draft Manager you ll leverage Planitar s proprietary software Draft as well as industry favorites like Autodesk Revit and Verisk s Xactimate. This role demands precision creativity and a strong engineering background. Comprehensive training through iGUIDE Academy will equip you with the skills to excel opening doors to further specialization and career growth within the Drafting Department.

Shift: Mon Fri (7 AM 4 PM) or Tues Sat (6:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Salary: Up to PHP20000
Work Setup: Onsite in Baguio

What s on Your Drafting Table
- Develop iGUIDE Floor Plans using Planitar s proprietary software Draft for residential commercial and insurance restoration clients.
- Produce ESX Floor Plan Sketches with Verisk s construction estimating software Xactimate for insurance restoration claims.
- Create DWG Floor Plans using Autodesk s software Revit for architectural construction and engineering projects.
- Identify and report production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Team Leader.
- Contribute to crossfunctional and continuous improvement initiatives when opportunities arise.
- Perform additional tasks beyond drafting such as AI annotations marketing research information gathering and case studies.
Requirements
Blueprints of a Perfect Fit
- A degree or diploma in architectural engineering mechanical engineering civil engineering or an equivalent field (completed or in progress).
- Proficiency in CAD tools and software including Revit AutoCAD and Xactimate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle tight and shifting deadlines effectively.
- Advanced computer navigation and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in task prioritization multitasking and time management.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least one year of experience with Revit (preferred).
- Reliable means of commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work.
