SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to lead and enhance our human resource s function. In this role you will develop and implement HR policies oversee recruitment and onboarding manage performance evaluations and ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and programs that align with company goals.
- Manage fullcycle recruitment including job postings interviews and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee performance management systems including regular evaluations goal setting and professional development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs payroll and compensation structures.
- Address employee relations issues mediate disputes and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions on compliance leadership and team building.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Ensure the organization s compliance with labor laws health and safety standards and employment regulations.
Requirements
- HR professional must possess comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn including its functionalities and best practices as well as how to effectively recruit and search for candidates on the platform.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 35 years of experience in HR management or a related HR role.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent interpersonal problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g. SAP Workday BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in developing training programs and leading workshops.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
