Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
Foster and maintain strong longterm relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients business objectives and align IT solutions to meet their needs.
Revenue Growth:
Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strategic Account Oversight:
Provide guidance and support in the delivery of IT services to clients.
Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor account health identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
Reporting & Insights:
Track and report on key performance metrics for accounts.
Deliver regular account reviews and updates to clients highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to provide valueadded insights to clients.
Qualifications
Experience:
5 years of Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
