Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our Fast Fit EMS Fitness team. This role is pivotal in showcasing our brand s unique offerings through engaging content that captivates our audience and drives growth across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment traveling between our clubs gathering content and bringing innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & GatheringRegularly visit all Fast Fit clubs to capture authentic highquality photos and videos of our sessions facilities trainers and members (with consent).Conduct video and photoshoots highlighting key aspects of Fast Fit s services such as EMS training benefits success stories and club activities.
Social Media ManagementCreate edit and post engaging content daily across all social media platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube and LinkedIn.Maintain a consistent posting schedule tailored to platformspecific algorithms and audience behavior.
Concept DevelopmentDevelop and present creative mood boards with innovative content ideas aligned with Fast Fit s brand identity and marketing strategy.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
Audience EngagementMonitor social media platforms for trends feedback and comments ensuring prompt and professional responses to engage with the audience.Use analytics to refine content strategies and improve reach engagement and conversion rates.
Brand StorytellingShowcase the transformative impact of Fast Fit EMS on clients through compelling narratives testimonials and visual stories.Highlight the company s culture milestones and unique offerings to build a strong online presence.
Content StrategyWork closely with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and campaign objectives.Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Fast Fit s content innovative and relevant.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in photography videography and editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro Canva or similar tools).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent storytelling writing and communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh engaging ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to travel to all Fast Fit clubs to gather and create content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in fitness or wellness content creation.
Experience working with influencers or running social media campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
