Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile rituals ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Document solution designs and functional specifications with clarity and precision.
- Work closely with crossfunctional and technical teams to implement solutions.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities including Unit Integration Regression and Test Automation.
- Support and guide business teams during hypercare and operational issue resolution.
- Lead quality assurance efforts including Quality Inspections Notifications and Audit Management.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP ERP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong expertise in designing and configuring QM modules.
- Indepth knowledge of Quality Management processes techniques and integration with other SAP ECC modules.
- Proficiency in handling Quality Notifications (e.g. Q(I)N MN and DN).
- Experience in test automation tools and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of crossfunctional integration and IDOCs.
- Exposure to international client environments.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate crosssector interactions with strong negotiation skills.
- Lead with a proactive actionoriented approach to problemsolving.
- Drive continuous improvement and organize crossfunctional cooperation.
- Coach team members fostering technical and professional growth.
- Communicate effectively and articulate solutions clearly in discussions.

As a SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) Specialist, you will: Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.
