As a Managed File Transfer Engineer you will:
- Work on a new solution for the external file transfer service migrate the consumers and maintain the infrastructure.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and efficient application deployment.
- Implement (automate) and maintain robust security measures to protect platforms from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in platform architecture and work on risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor platform performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for improved efficiency.
- Set up proactive alerting systems and develop incident response procedures to ensure platform reliability and availability.
- Create comprehensive documentation for platform architecture configurations and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and share your expertise through coaching and knowledgesharing sessions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab.
- Experience with automated deployments via Ansible.
- Experience with OS monitoring tools (such as Grafana and Prometheus) and dashboard creation.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Python Shell). Developing experience with Python Java or Golang is a big plus.
- Handson experience with Axway products (CFT/Gateway) is a big plus.
- Great problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
