Job Description
As a Research Associate you will provide vital support to your team by managing cases conducting thorough research and building relationships with subject matter experts. You ll also enhance and manage databases to match the best experts with client needs efficiently contributing to impactful legal outcomes.
Job Overview
Shift: Monday to Friday 5:30 AM 2:30 PM during AEDT and 6:30 AM 3:30 PM during AEST
Work Setup: Permanent Work from home
Perks: Day Shift Weekends Off
- Supporting the team in managing cases and providing substantial research assistance.
- Conducting thorough research to identify and match the most suitable experts using internal databases and external resources.
- Expanding the internal expert database by onboarding new experts.
- Vetting qualifying and performing background checks on potential experts to ensure their suitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the offshore team and subject matter experts.
- Managing and enhancing the internal database to enable precise and efficient expertclient matching.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Prior experience in legal or recruitment roles with at least 2 years in headhunting or recruitment especially in Clevel positions within Engineering Aerospace Banking or Insurance is highly desirable.
- Tertiary education in any discipline with a preference for Law graduates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in research critical thinking strategy recruitment or related fields.
- Proven ability to think critically and strategically.
- Confidence in engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds via phone and email.
- Exceptional memory and attention to detail.
