Job Description
We are looking for a FUN PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED Reservations Agent who wants to join our fantastic team at Pullman London St Pancras hotel.
If you:

As a Reservations Agent you will:
- Ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively and carry out room merchandising to maximize room revenue
- Ensure that all reservation calls are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner
- Check all correspondence in connection with reservations and deal with it accordingly
- Run all appropriate reports connected with rooms as laid down in the Reservations Manual and distribute to the appropriate Managers
- Have excellent organisational and administration skills
We are a 4 star property with 312 bedrooms 17 meeting and conference facilities including the 446 seated Shaw Theatre and GA KingsX Bar & Restaurant.
Salary: 28899 per annum
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
Qualifications :
- Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is essential
- Knowledge of Opera cloud software
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
