Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- UI design workflow development form development integration testing and deployment.
- Build and maintain business process automation using K2 smart forms and K2 workflows.
- Develop smart forms using smart objects and integrate them with workflows.
- Develop workflow solutions using K2 Designer.
- Implement K2 integration solutions with SharePoint (onpremise & online).
- Implement K2 integration solutions with .NET Solutions and SQL.
- Write stored procedures triggers and other SQL database operations.
- Handle onprem and cloud integration and deployment.
- Perform installation configuration administration and maintenance of K2 applications servers and environments.
- Migrate Nintex workflows and forms to K2.
- Develop and integrate APIs (preferred).
- Mentor developers and provide functional and technical training.
- Document functional and technical manuals.
- Work across all stages of the software development life cycle.
Desired Profile:
Education:
- University Degree in IT (e.g. BCA/MCA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields).
Experience:
- Overall 5 years with 4 years of relevant experience.
Professional Training:
- K2 certification preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in K2 Nintex SharePoint C# ASP.NET SQL Web Services and Azure.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a highpressure environment.
- Work independently and in collaborative team settings.
- Effective multitasking and creative problemsolving.
- Attention to detail and resilience in handling crises.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
