Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:
- Drive sales and brand visibility through strategic partnerships with influencers in the DACH region.
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers to promote our products and expand our reach.
- Public Relations:
- Secure highprofile media placements and coverage in leading publications across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influential media contacts to keep our brand top of mind.
Social Media:
- Lead the social media strategy in the DACH region creating engaging content tailored to local audiences.
- Grow our social media following and boost engagement to strengthen brand awareness.
- Website Translations:
- Assist in translating and localizing website content to ensure it resonates culturally with DACH customers.
Advertising:
- Collaborate with the advertising team to create localized highimpact creatives for campaigns targeting the DACH market.
- Ensure all advertising materials are culturally and contextually appropriate for Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- Growth Activities:
- Execute growth strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing sales in the DACH region.
- Continuously explore new opportunities for market expansion and brand visibility.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage the budget for the DACH region allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve and surpass sales targets across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- Optimize marketing spend to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Improve product conversion rates in the DACH region.
- Increase website and social media traffic from Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- Successfully manage and activate influencer partnerships and PR campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing public relations and social media management preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of the German Austrian and Swiss markets and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both German and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
