Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support and building trust with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Customer Interactions:
- Manage incoming calls emails and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Actively listen to understand and address customer needs.
- Problem Solving:
- Provide accurate valid and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios with ease.
- Maintaining Records:
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and account updates.
- Follow communication procedures and company guidelines.
- Team Goals:
- Strive to meet personal and team targets in a fastpaced environment.
