Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess usergenerated content (text images videos) to ensure adherence to platform rules.
- Identify flag and remove content that violates guidelines such as offensive language violence or explicit material.
- Detect and report emerging trends in content behavior contributing to process improvements.
- Communicate with internal teams to address and resolve contentrelated concerns.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments for escalated content issues.
- Stay updated on platform policies and community guidelines.
- Provide feedback to enhance content moderation tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Native Danish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) to work effectively with an international team.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to recognize subtle content violations.
- Ability to manage high volumes of content in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content appropriately.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is preferred but not required.
