Were looking for a motivated and detailoriented Social Media Content Moderator (German) to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this exciting role youll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and secure online experience for our users on a popular social media platform.
What Youll Do:
- Review and moderate online content including videos images and text to ensure compliance with our clients guidelines.
- Address user complaints and legal notices related to copyright work or material.
- Manage and update content on the social media platform ensuring it adheres to accuracy and quality standards.
- Audit received content for compliance before approval for social media upload.
- Monitor and maintain a strong knowledge of our clients products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Uphold the highest standards of data security and customer privacy.
What Were Looking For:
- Native or C1 level fluency in German and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and exceptional customer service skills demonstrating a professional and pleasant demeanor in all situations.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software programs.
- An associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including rotating shifts (24/7) with two days off per week.

- Base Salary 950 EUR per 14 months
Language Bonus 450 EUR per 12months
Meal Allowance (net)/ Year 1.837EUR - Permanent contract position with excellent growth opportunities.

- Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 EUR in Economy class
