Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor youll be the voice of the brand delivering highquality support to customers across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries via phone chat email and social media.
- Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Providing accurate information using the right tools and methods.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to policies.
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to team success.

What We Offer

- Base Salary: 1250 EUR (x14 months annually).

- Workplace: Onsite in Athens Greece.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency: Dutch (C1C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Key Skills: Exceptional communication active listening and customer orientation.
- NicetoHave Traits: Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively. Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus!
