Job Overview:
As a Golang Manager you will lead a team of engineers overseeing the development and maintenance of highperformance backend systems built on Golang. You will provide technical direction manage projects and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of backend developers working on Golang projects
Architect design and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable systems
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high coding standards
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on product goals
Drive technical decisionmaking and best practices
Mentor junior developers and ensure team growth and productivity
Requirements:
5 years of software development experience with 3 years in Golang
Proven experience managing and leading development teams
Strong understanding of backend architectures microservices and cloud infrastructures
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
