A. Job Summary Statement:
As the Marketing Manager you will be the brand ambassador and carry out the marketing plan under the Keter brand. You will coordinate projects to ensure they are completed on time and are in line with the requirements of the overall strategy. In addition you will manage the execution of the projects related to brand development digital marketing social media PR and more.
Working closely with a variety of crossfunctional departments and external agencies you will leverage your strong organizational strategic and analytical skill set to drive marketing initiatives outward in a clear and concise manner while maintaining a consistent brand image.
B. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the overall marketing plan
o From strategy to execution: working together with the marketing team on aligning on annual strategic direction and priorities
o Creating the execution framework across key channels: PR Social Media Influencers and partnerships
Manage the overall brand building strategy ensure across all channel execution brand consistency work closely with the marketing and sales team on key areas of focus for driving business growth
o Manage various social media platforms and carry out the social media strategy.
Engage with consumers and establish a positive brand experience
o Coordinate content creation.
Support the Keter.com team with creative direction content creation and edit and creative oversight over newsletter work
Requirements :
Job Specifications Skills and Competencies:
Microsoft Office; Word Excel PowerPoint (mediumhigh skills)
Experience in working with PR agencies
Experience using social media platforms Facebook and Instagram
Experience using Hootsuite Spark and Linktree programs.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud 2020; Photoshop Acrobat Pro Illustrator an asset
Experience with reviewing analytics Google Hootsuite and other platforms
Possess an excellent understanding of the creative process from research to planning ideation iteration and completion.
Possess strong organization and problemsolving skills.
Excellent proofreading skills as well as sound written and communication skills.
Multitasker able to balance prioritize and execute each project on time under pressure and in tight timeframes.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptability professionalism creativity and organization.
Ability to work and manage in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities; provide high quality work under short deadlines with little supervision; take direction and constructive feedback well and can work individually or in a collaborative team environment.
Education and Experience
4 years of experience in a professional marketing role
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing
Experience managing counterparts and providing direction.
