Summary:
As an Operations Engineer you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
Manage delivery based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently.
Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture NAS Architecture and Design.
Strong understanding of backup administration using Commvault.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting backup systems.
Knowledge of AWS Architecture and NAS Architecture and Design.
Familiarity with data backup and recovery best practices.
Ability to analyze and resolve backuprelated issues.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
