Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce only.
- Should have atleast 12 projects implemented for Banking or Insurance Service customers.
- Must have knowledge of Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud with atleast 1 project implementations in each of these clouds end to end.
- Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.
- Must be strong in integrations through Salesforce. Integration Patterns Certificate based handshakes SSO Connected Apps JWT OAuth 2.0 etc.
- Should have knowledge of Omni Studio Omni Scripts Screen Flows and Flex Cards
- Must be strong in LWC and Apex and should be reviewing developers code.
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.
- Exposure to banking & insurance domain is must.
- Service Cloud Sales Cloud certifications are must to have and Financial Service Cloud certification is nice to have.
- Ability to decide between Salesforce OOTB feature and Custom component development.
- Ability to trade off additional requirements coming in mid of sprint (Agile practices)
- Ability to negotiate/explain OOTB features over customization
- Understanding of enterprise architecture use of middleware different underlying systems and dependencies
