Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components focusing on Sales Cloud Service Cloud
- Work on integrating Salesforce with other thirdparty applications and inhouse applications.
- Implement custom solutions for Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Handle data migration cleansing and management in Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
- Assist in user training and creating documentation for Salesforce features and processes.
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams including business analysts project managers and other developers.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Apex Visualforce SOQL SOSL and Lightning Component Framework.
- Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to design and implement efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other relevant certifications would be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
