Were looking for Senior Business Consultants work experience on one or more of Finacle Channels Internet Banking Mobile banking suites to join the technical group of consultants within our EY GDS Banking platforms Team. Your key responsibilities

• Need to work as a team lead in one or more Finacle DEH projects.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Regular status reporting to the stakeholders and onsite coordinators
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
• Facilitate handoff to clients and monitor support and handover activities.
• Participating in the organizationwide people initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to participate in orals and win proposals.

Skills and attributes for success

Functional attributes:

• Strong Capability to architect highly scalable distributed systems that are event driven
• Expertise in Functional aspects of Finacle DEH and able to play the Business Analyst role with experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams/banks and experience in Product testing.
• Expertise in Technical aspects of Finacle DEH and able to play the customization design expert role with experience in code review and deployment in varied geographical teams/banks and experience in Product testing.
• Exposure in conducting or participating in product demonstration and assessment studies.
• Good understanding of Finacle Digital Banking architecture Digital platforms administration configuration data structure.
• Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Finacle Internet Banking and its related modules like Retail and Commercial Deposits Lending Payments including product parametrisation and set up.
• Show indepth knowledge on best banking practices and Digital Banking modules like Deposits Lending and channels based Payments.
• Experience in designing and developing high level functional requirements test and validate the project deliverables against the requirements.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Thorough Understanding & Mapping of Business Situation
• Excellent knowledge Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Have Rational Analysis & Logical Thinking
• Other skills include Effort Estimation Presales support engagement Assessments Project planning Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff.
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.

• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 12 Years.

Management attributes:

• Exhibit very strong consulting skills.
• Prior Client facing experience.
• Experience in Finacle Digital Banking applications
• Implementation experience in any of the Finacle Digital Banking 10x and above versions.
• Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
• Develop Business Case Business KPIs Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
• Develop plans for continuous improvement
• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
• Must have domain driven functional experience preferably focused on financial service.
• Must have presentation skills ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
• Experience working under agile delivery methodology
• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping
• Previous experience working in delivery consulting

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 12 Years
• Well versed on Functional aspects of Finacle channels products
• Good understanding of the FINACLE DEH architecture administration configuration data structure
• Functional aspects: Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core retail corporate securities asset management compliance including product parametrisation and set up.
• Show indepth knowledge on best banking practices and FINACLE DEH modules like Channels Administration configuring Rules engine good understanding of interfaces on Finacle DEH integration like HIF Rest services and TCP/IP connectivity.
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD TSD FSD
• Excellent business communication skills
• Have experience in developing strategies plan design development testing deployment and production support of projects and products.
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent clientfacing skills

Ideally youll also have experience on working on Technologies and Tools

• Experience in Tools like MS Visio ARIS BPMN Signavio.
• Finacle DEH Module Certifications
• Experience in handling JIRA QC Compliance
• Experience in handling project management tools
• Experience in handling Finacle Customizations
• Experience in deploying Finacle DEH codebase with Devops practices
