Job Description
JOB TITLE: Operations Support Analyst OT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist our internal traders during prefixture fetch Port information restrictions and port disbursement amount from agents.
- Handling vessel certificates keep vessel certificates upto date in Q88 and procure latest certificates from Master basis validity.
- Prepare and issue Letter of indemnity as required.
- Maintain records for Carbon emission request ship owners to provide the consumption data in order to access overall emission profile.
- Collecting bio fouling data from vessels
- Any other work as assigned by the Desk Lead
- Keeping the dashboards updated
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- 03 Years of experience Candidate with a supply chain/operations/ port and logistics background open to candidates with experience as well as freshers
- Diploma/ Graduation
- Technical Skills: Excel/Word/Power Point/Power Bi/Tableau/SQL/Macros would be an added advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Shipping back ground
- MBA Shipping and Logistics
