Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management:
- Develop plan and execute events including conferences trade shows product launches and internal gatherings across local and regional markets.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including budgeting vendor negotiations venue selection and attendee coordination.
- Ensure events meet organizational standards and create positive brand impressions.
- Oversee event registration onsite management and postevent evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that support event goals.
- Develop promotional materials manage social media campaigns and coordinate email marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all eventrelated marketing materials.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide datadriven recommendations.
Regional Focus:
- Tailor events and marketing strategies to suit local and regional preferences across West Africa.
- Maintain a deep understanding of cultural market and regulatory nuances in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners vendors and stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Maintain detailed project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work crossfunctionally to ensure all departments are aligned and supportive of event objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Event Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in event planning and marketing preferably in a regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of event logistics and marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in event management tools and marketing software.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
