Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve highquality coffee and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Operate pointofsale systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customerfacing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine love for coffee and customer interaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
