Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Alarm Technician to oversee the installation maintenance repair and programming of advanced security systems. This position involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of security technicians providing training and technical support.
- Coordinate and manage security system installation projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Install configure and program security systems including cameras access control and alarms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues performing diagnostics and system upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all installations and service activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in security technologies and recommend system improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in security systems or electronics preferred).
- 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance with leadership experience.
- Expertise in programming and troubleshooting security systems including cameras and access control.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for security installations.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership abilities to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
