Job Description:
As an Online Tutor/Teacher you will be responsible for delivering highquality online instruction in various medical specialties. You will utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to engage learners and facilitate their understanding of complex medical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain engaging and effective online courses and lesson plans aligned with industry standards and best practices.
* Instructional Delivery: Deliver live online lectures webinars and interactive tutorials to a diverse audience of healthcare professionals including physicians nurses and other allied health professionals.
* Student Support: Provide timely and comprehensive support to students through online forums email and virtual office hours.
* Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to measure student learning and provide constructive feedback.
* Technology Proficiency: Utilize various online learning platforms video conferencing tools and other educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of online programs and maintain highquality standards.
* Professional Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in medical education and technology through continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in a relevant medical field (e.g. MD DO PhD or equivalent)
* Proven experience in teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
