Job Title: Laborer
Work Location: Pine Bluff AR
Reports to: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: NonExempt

About the role: We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Manufacturing Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production process by performing various tasks often manual including operating machinery assembling products and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role is essential to ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures

Assemble products and components as required by production schedules

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Follow detailed instructions to meet production goals and deadlines

Report any issues with equipment or production processes to supervisors

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required
-
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Physical and Environmental Requirements
-
Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
-
Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.

Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.

PPE: Wear the required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.

Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).

Stamina: Stand for long shifts.

Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
