Job Description:
- Leadership & Team Management: Work alongside the owner in overseeing and coordinating all onsite activities ensuring the team operates efficiently and safely when the owner is not on site.
- Project Oversight: Assist in planning scheduling and executing projects from start to finish maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Client Relations: Act as an additional point of contact for clients providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- ProblemSolving: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges that arise during construction while consulting the owner.
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets local building codes safety standards and company policies.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor junior team members to promote skill development and growth.
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar leadership role in construction.
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and tools.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Commitment to safety quality and efficiency.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
