Job Description:
seeks qualified finish carpenters/foremen for ongoing highend residential renovation projects. Job responsibilities include:
measuring materials cutting/fitting/assembling/framing walls/partitions/flooring/ceilings/drywall according to plans
installing kitchen/bathroom accessories/cabinetry according to plans/shop drawings
installing doors trim/moldings/specialty items
troubleshooting / problemsolving installation issues
assisting others onsite as required
Ability to read and build from plans and shop drawings preferred. Strong verbal attentiontodetail and multitasking skills required. Supervisory skills are required for small project teams.
Applicants must have a pleasant demeanor be wellmannered and be able to work both independently and with others.
