Responsibilities- Design develop and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Architect robust and scalable automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA development teams.
- Ensure adherence to RPA best practices coding standards and governance guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and performance assessments to optimize RPA processes.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote RPA awareness and capabilities across the organization.
- Proven experience as an RPA Technical Architect specifically with Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of RPA methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Blue Prism development and architecture.
- Experience with systems integration and working with web services/APIs.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C# or Java is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and lead technical discussions.
