Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with expertise in implementing BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega development including creating and maintaining applications on the Pega platform. The candidate must also have a CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification obtained before 2022. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing scalable and highperformance Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Design and develop Pega applications using PRPC.
- Implement business processes workflows and decision rules using Pega BPM technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability performance and quality of the Pega applications.
Required Skills:
- CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) obtained in 2022 or before is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega BPM.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining Pega applications including design configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega applications with external systems and services (RESTful APIs SOAP etc.).
- Solid understanding of Pegas best practices for process design and application architecture.
- Handson experience with Java for Pega development and integration.
- Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL etc.) for Pega data integration.
- Experience in using Pega tools such as Pega Designer Studio Pega Decisioning and Pega Cloud (optional).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
