Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist youll be instrumental in aiding patients to regain their independence through evidencebased practices and collaborative care. Your key responsibilities include:
Patient Evaluation & Treatment:
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to support recovery.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with nursing staff other therapists and patients families to ensure comprehensive therapy programs are followed through.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory licensing and company standards.
Program Development:
- Instruct patients families or nursing staff on continuation programs to optimize recovery outcomes.
Safety & Maintenance:
- Ensure a safe clean and organized work environment.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other related tasks as directed adhering to the companys Code of Business Conduct and applicable legal standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- Experience in an inpatient rehab setting
Compensation
- Salary Range: $75000 $90000 (USD)
- Signing Bonus: Not applicable
- Relocation Package: Not offered
