Job Description: Senior Sales Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Senior Sales Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will lead highimpact client engagements develop and implement innovative sales strategies and deliver actionable insights to optimize revenue growth and salesforce effectiveness. You will oversee complex projects mentor junior team members and build strong client relationships contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our firm. This role offers an opportunity to work on transformative sales initiatives across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with clients business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop actionable plans to enhance lead generation pipeline management and sales conversion rates.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
  • Evaluate and redesign clients sales processes to improve efficiency productivity and team performance.
  • Implement best practices in sales methodologies pipeline management and team collaboration.
  • Apply frameworks like Lean Six Sigma or Agile to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Conduct advanced analyses of sales data using tools like Tableau Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and present dashboards reports and visualizations to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on datadriven insights to improve sales effectiveness and ROI.
Sales Enablement and Technology:
  • Recommend and implement sales tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to enhance tracking forecasting and team collaboration.
  • Develop training programs playbooks and resources to empower sales teams and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies for cohesive campaigns and messaging.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends customer preferences and competitive landscapes.
  • Benchmark clients sales performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide insights on emerging sales trends tools and strategies to inform client decisionmaking.
Client Engagement and Leadership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Lead client meetings workshops and presentations effectively communicating findings and solutions.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants fostering their professional growth and ensuring highquality deliverables.
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams to deliver integrated and impactful sales solutions.
  • Contribute to the firms internal development by creating tools frameworks and methodologies for sales consulting.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
  • Stay informed about emerging trends technologies and best practices in sales consulting.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as white papers case studies and presentations to showcase the firms expertise.
  • Propose innovative strategies and solutions to address complex sales challenges and enhance client success.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Lean Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
  • 5 8 years of experience in sales consulting strategy or analytics.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful sales solutions and manage client engagements effectively.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI and Excel.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales processes performance metrics and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
