Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand market dynamics consumer trends and competitive landscapes.
- Provide clients with insights into industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.
- Benchmark client performance against competitors and propose strategies to differentiate their offerings.
Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement:
- Evaluate and enhance clients digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media email campaigns and customer experience optimization.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition engagement and retention.
- Leverage analytics to create personalized marketing experiences and improve touchpoints along the customer journey.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Lead the planning execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance provide optimization insights and deliver postcampaign evaluations.
- Guide clients on audience segmentation messaging strategies and channel selection for maximum impact.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders building trust and ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring highquality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and support junior consultants fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Lead project teams coordinating crossfunctional efforts to deliver cohesive marketing solutions.
- Contribute to the firms development by refining tools methodologies and best practices.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
- Stay informed on the latest marketing trends technologies and best practices to provide cuttingedge solutions for clients.
- Develop thought leadership content such as white papers case studies and presentations to showcase the firms expertise.
- Drive innovation by proposing new strategies and tools to address complex marketing challenges.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
Professional Experience:
- 5 8 years of experience in marketing consulting strategy or analytics.
- Proven success in managing client engagements and delivering impactful marketing solutions.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads Salesforce HubSpot).
