Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy and Transformation:
- Partner with clients to assess their digital landscape identify gaps and develop tailored strategies for transformation.

- Lead efforts to integrate technologies such as AI IoT cloud computing and automation into clients operations.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing digital tools platforms and processes.
- Use datadriven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings and track progress.
Technology Implementation:
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with clients strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation of digital tools ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage change and drive adoption of new technologies.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze and redesign workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Lead initiatives to implement process automation using tools such as robotic process automation (RPA) and machine learning.
- Apply methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Agile to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate with clients to redesign customer journeys enhancing engagement and satisfaction across digital channels.
- Implement strategies to create seamless omnichannel experiences leveraging customer data to deliver personalization.
- Monitor customer behavior analytics and recommend targeted improvements for enhanced retention and loyalty.
Client Engagement and Leadership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Lead client meetings workshops and presentations effectively communicating findings strategies and solutions.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets ensuring highquality results and client satisfaction.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay current on emerging digital trends technologies and industry best practices.
- Conduct research to benchmark clients against industry leaders and identify innovative opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including white papers case studies and industry presentations.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Mentor and support junior consultants ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients needs.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools methodologies and frameworks to enhance the firms digital consulting capabilities.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or MS in Digital Transformation) or certifications (e.g. Agile PMP Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in digital transformation technology consulting or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver impactful digital strategies and solutions.
- Experience with digital technologies platforms and tools (e.g. CRM systems ERP platforms cloud solutions).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong expertise in data analysis digital strategy development and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and automation tools (e.g. RPA platforms).
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and methodologies including Agile Lean and Six Sigma.
