Job Description: Digital Transformation Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Transformation Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will work with clients across industries to assess their current business operations identify opportunities for digital improvement and implement innovative solutions that drive transformation. You will support the development of strategies analyze data and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results that enable organizations to thrive in a digitalfirst world.

• Assist in evaluating clients current digital maturity and identifying gaps in technology processes and organizational structure.
• Support the development of digital transformation strategies including process automation technology adoption and customer experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to create roadmaps that align digital initiatives with clients business objectives.

• Gather and analyze data to assess the performance of existing digital tools platforms and processes.
• Provide datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and help clients prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
• Create dashboards reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

• Conduct assessments of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence IoT cloud computing and blockchain to recommend suitable solutions for clients.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to support the implementation of digital tools and technologies ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in integrating digital solutions into clients operations focusing on scalability and longterm impact.

• Map and analyze existing workflows identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Support the design and implementation of streamlined processes that leverage digital tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile to drive continuous improvement.

• Assist in redesigning customer journeys and touchpoints to create seamless personalized and engaging digital experiences.
• Support the integration of omnichannel strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage data analytics to understand customer behavior and recommend targeted improvements.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to prepare clientfacing presentations reports and other deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings workshops and strategy sessions contributing insights and supporting discussions.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.

• Stay updated on the latest digital transformation trends technologies and best practices.
• Conduct research on industry benchmarks and competitive landscapes to inform client strategies.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources frameworks and tools.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a focus on digital technologies data analysis or business strategy.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) and experience with technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce AWS SAP).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks automation tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
