We seek a highly skilled Midlevel or Senior Product Designer to join our growing tech team. 1KOMMA5 is building Germanys largest onestopshop for sale installation and services related to solar heat pumps electricity and charging infrastructure. And they are all connected! Be a part of our mission!

Deine Position
You will be in our B2B team which works on:
- Our offer tool operating system and installation manager to digitize operations and processes for our installation companies and to enable our customers to make purchase decisions based on efficient standardized and understandable quote flows.
You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces across the domains product suite that align with our business objectives and elevate user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with product managers designers and developers to define problems lead discoveries and create user flows for new or existing features
- Autonomously create highfidelity interactive designs that elevate the overall user experience and then iteratively improve your solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Quickly understanding complex models & problems and designing them into intuitive simple usercentric solutions
- Collaborating with 1K5 designers to improve our design language UX patterns whilst advocating for userfocused design and contributing to a topnotch community of missionfocused designers
Dein Profil
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of product design experience (Web Android iOS) building excellent usercentric digital products ideally in a fastpaced environment
- A strong grasp of visual design and accessibility and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant simple solutions
- A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Very strong written and spoken English skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in the climate tech industry
- Fluent in German
